Golf Ops F&B Lead Soboba Springs Golf Course will be responsible for accomplishing unforeseen tasks that relate to assigned functions. The Lead Grill/Cart Attendant will act as leadership in the absences of Management. The Lead Grill/Cart Attendant is responsible for training, inventory control, overseeing cooking/ preparation of all food items and general cash accounting for all areas on a daily basis. Lead Grill/ Cart Attendant is responsible for upholding and enforcing service and presentation of all aspects of Golf Food & Beverage including but not limited to the following: Beverage Cart, Grill room, Food Truck, Pool and Bar.
